This is one of those things I would have never thought to teach my kids if I was a SAHM…. Now obviously I do teach him that some things are dangerous and can hurt you but I had totally forgot about the whole Mr Yuk thing until today. It's Poison Control Week at Sam’s school and I asked him what he learned at school today – his reply “We learned about Mr Yuk – if you see Mr Yuk you don’t touch!” It has only been a few days but I love this concept - I had the kitchen sink cabinet open where all the cleaners were and Sam grabbed a bottle and I told him “Don’t touch that’s a Mr Yuk” and he quickly put it down. Thanks Mr Yuk! Now I am off to find some of those stickers!
