I found this awesome website 5 meals in 1 hour - the gist of it is that you prepare all your weeknight meals in 1 hour - 5 meals in 1 hour -I was game! I wanted us to eat better and thought this would be perfect!
The first week we had Asian Beef and Broccoli, baked spaghetti, and some other yummy dishes - everything turned out great so I decided to do it again the following week. Here is my "mess" getting ready to prepare the 5 meals

And this was one of our meals - Tilipia with a spicy cream sauce, rice and green beans - it was yummy!
