First I should start by saying I hate Barney and always said my kids would never watch it but.... as all things change so did this....
One of Sam's favorite episodes talks about emotions - happy, sad, and mad
So now Sam likes to makes faces for me - here is is demonstrating silly, mad, happy, and sad

So now I guess Barney is ok - I think its great that Sam can understand different emotions plus it helps alot with tantrums when he can tell me how he is feeling
