Potty Success

Hannah has been having lots of potty success so as a reward I painted her nails

 



Experiment

 

Sam wanted to experiment with flour

 

Sam: What do we even do with flour anyway?

Me: You bake with it. Pancakes, muffins, cookies

Sam: COOKIES??/ You can make cookies with flour?

 

Yep... poor kid thought they came from the fridge!

So sweet!

So while playing in the snow Sam walked over and just laid down in the snow.  He was acting like he was sleeping.

Piper walks over and sniffs him

Sam: What is Piper doing!

Me:  She is making sure you're ok

 



 

And then she sat there

 

And sat there

 

Not leaving his side

 

Until he got up and walked away.

 

Piper has always been "my" dog and I feel like she tolerates the kids but doesn't have that bond with them like she does with me.

 

Until now....

To me this was such a cool moment!



More snow!

Yay!  We had some nice snow today - fluffy and light!

About 4 inches I suppose.

Monday Slush

I love the snow but I hate the muddy slushy mess that happens afterwards!

 

We went outside for a little bit today





Advent

Here are a few of the advent activities we have done

 

Xmas bath in our tub - kids love taking a bath in here - green on one side and red on the other!

Weekend Happenings

Friday was a home day - didn't do much during the day but that night we went to the Rec center to build gingerbread houses!

 

 

Saturday I drove to MD for the Annual Ornament Exchange! Super fun as always!!

 

 

Then on Sunday I drove home..... what a nightmare!

 

This sign below says Delaware State Line 31 miles - 95 mins

It actually took me 105 minutes to go 31 miles

 

 

This was Monday morning - after it sleeted all night - messy messy messy!!
