Larabars - my kind of cooking!

I was making some Larabars (yum) and had to use the food processor - Sam thought it was way too loud and asked for his ear muffs (he wears these when he mows grass with Mark) - too funny!

These larabars are soooo easy and sooo yummy!  You mix 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 nuts (I did one batch with peanuts and one with cashews) in a food processor - then press into a pan or cookie molds - set in frig for 30 mins and then eat - yum!  I suggest a glass of cold milk to go along with them =)

Here are some misc pictures I have taken and then forget to post!

Sam found a Grand Daddy Long Legs on the chair out back - I must say its the one spider/bug I will touch - lol - so I picked him up and once Sam saw me hold it he wanted to as well -until it took off up his arms then he wanted it off!  haha

I love this picture below - every morning Hannah sits in the bathroom while I get ready for work - when I am ready I leave her there and go get Sam - I tell him Hannah is in the bathroom and he runs to her and gives her a big hug - so sweet!

School pictures.  Remember how awful they always turned out?  Well apparently school picture start in daycare these days - Sam has been getting them since he started at Goddard but I never thought of posting them - here are his latest ones - I never buy them but its neat to have for his baby book

Embrace the lens

One of the blogs I follow was talking about how she had an awful dream that she passed away and her kids were left with only memories of her since she never wanted to be in any of the pictures so she has started "embracing the lens" so her kids have pics of themselves with her and of course I thought, yep thats me - I hate pics of me - I am always the one taking the picture not the one in the picture .... so I have been trying to do better and here are a few shots of me and the kiddos =)
