Cub Scouts held a trunk or treat - first time doing it and it was so much fun!

Hannah had a birthday party at a horse farm - she did NOT want to get on the horse.

I knew she would love it if she just tried though and they agreed to let me walk next to her. The lady joked that the kids that are scared are the ones who love it the most!

And guess what? She did!!

She did not want to get off!

And I'm 40! yikes!

Remember when you are 16 and you think 40 is old and sooo far away.....yeah well, its was neither!

I don't feel old -maybe its because I still have little kids and man it wasn't far away either - seemed like it happened so fast -regardless - here i am - embarking on my 40's!

PSU Game and a big surprise!

As we do most weekends for my birthday we headed to PSU for a fun game and night away from the kids.  It was a beautiful fall day - the weather couldn't have been better!

We watched the players come in which I haven't done before and got to see the Lion up close

we get back to the bus and Mark makes a toast to me and says "It wouldn't be a party without your BFF"

I assume he is just being funny and think nothing of it and then Tami walks out!!!

I was so surprised!!! And happy =)
