Happy 7th Birthday Sam!!

Where has the time gone?!

My baby is growing up!

This is his last picture as a 6 yr old:

Of course I had to decorate his room!

Hannah was so sad that she didnt have any gifts and so Sam let her open some of his

And then she cleaned up the mess - ha!

 

Sam requested a Bacon birthday cake

Luckily our babysitter is a baker so she made some from fondant

Hannah went to school while me and Sam headed off to Lunch

And Sam picked out 2 things with his birthday money.

Apple Picking and the Rodeo!

We got back late last night but I knew I didn't want to miss the honey crisp apples so we got up and headed out the door to pick apples!

Solebury Orchards is close by and has a nice little wagon ride you can take to the orchards. 

This year we picked Honey Crisp and Crimson Red -both were delicious!

The kids picked 33 lbs of apples!!

Then we headed to the pick your own wild flowers section =)

Then we rushed home and ate and then got back in the car and headed to the rodeo!!

We went last year too and the kids love seeing the bulls throw the guys off!

Myrtle Beach

I look forward to this trip all year!

I love going to Myrtle Beach in September - the past 2 years have been way less crowded too as you can see from the picture above.  This was around 10am - pools are heated so they were so nice!

Sam tried out boogie boarding this year - ocean water was around 82 - so nice!

Hannah just carried hers around but wouldn't use it!

We roasted marshmallows 2 times

We headed to the Boardwalk one evening and Sam and I rode the Sky Wheel.

Hannah didn't want to go.

Then we got some ice cream!

Checked out the arcade

Played mini-golf

Checked out some shops!

Fed the ducks

Had more ice cream

Went to Pirates Voyage again this year - great show!

They had a new thing at the condo this year - search for gems!

Kids loved this!

Lots of beach time!
