The kids and I were playing in the playroom and then Sam walked over to me and announced

 

 

Look!  I'm Grandma Sandy!

 

haha - so adorable!

 

Then Hannah wanted in on the action!

 



What we've been up to!

Life got busy there for awhile and I haven't had time to post so I thought I would do one big post on what we have been up too!

 

Mom came up for a visit and we celebrated her bday

 

 

playing candy crush!

 

 

We mixed up some puffy paint with glue and shaving cream and made some art!

 

 

Me: Good night - I love you!

Hannah: I love you too mommy!

Me: Aww thanks peanut!

Hannah: I am not your peanut, I'm your English muffin!

Me: What?

Hannah: Say it!  English Muffin

Me: Thanks English Muffin

 

 

Hannah loves to dance and wear her tutus - I will be enrolling her in dance classes next month!

 

I did my 1st French braid on Hannah's hair!

Her hair is really fine so it didn't stay long but looked cute while it lasted!

 

Me: So why do you love me?

Sam: I don't know

Me: Give me one reason.

Sam: Well if you give me $20 I will love you for 1 year

Me: And if I don't give you any money?

Sam: then I will only love you for 1 day!

 

 

Mark and I had a date night - formal dinner for work and we stayed the night in the city - I slept in until 830am!!!!  AWESOME!!

 

And that's about it I suppose!

 

Now if we can just get rid of the snow!!! I want spring!

 

 

 



Snowiest winter!!!

 

We used colored water in spray bottles - kids loved it!

 

The last snow storm brought 12 inches the 1st day - then 3 inches then 2 more for a total of 17 inches of snow!

 

Then it rained and sleeted and its all packed hard!  Sam loves that he can walk on top of the massive snow piles w/o falling in!

 

Even Piper likes to sit on top of it!  LMAO!

Happy Valentine's Day!

 

I set out the Placemats and new cups and a little gift for the kids the night before.

Sam handed out finger flash lights and Hannah did little coloring books

 

They loved their new flash light friends that I scored for cheap at BBB!

For dinner we made heart pizza

 

And we did fondue for dessert - yum!!

Later that night I asked Sam if he had a good Valentines day and he walked away and came back with this:

 

 

Me: You have a broken heart?

Sam: I hate valentine's day!

 

Then he walked away and came back with this:

 

Me: Are you sad?

Sam: No, I made you cry!

Me: Hmmm. Thats not good.

Sam: evil eyes

Me: Why don't you like Valentine's Day?

Sam: Cuz all I wanted was napkins and you didn't get me any!

 

.....I have a strange kid......

 

The snow was almost gone and then BAM! more snow!

 

It  sure is beautiful!!
