Yep - that sums up our weekend!
Saturday we were all headed to the pumpkin farm to get some pumpkins and Hannah was pretty cranky. Next thing you know she is asleep on Mark. So he puts her in her crib and I had Mark and Josh take Sam while I waited at the house with Hannah. Sure enough 5 mins after they left she woke but you could tell she didn't feel good
Hannah: I want to go on the trampoline
go to trampoline
Hannah: no I want inside!
go inside
Hannah : Outside! Trampoline
Oh geesh!
This year they did the corn maze - Sam loved it! Here is an overhead shot of it - pretty cool!

Sam was anxious to cut out his pumpkin! I googled pumpkin faces and Sam picked out this one
I used a Sharpie and drew it out first
FYI - Magic Eraser pads work awesome on removing a sharpie from a pumpkin
And this was the outcome - looks exactly like the inspiration piece if I do say so myself!
Later in the afternoon we went to Jumpin Jacks for a birthday party. Sam was in heaven!

He went down this slide over and over and over and over.....
Sunday Sam decided he wanted to make paper. He said they did it last year in school and he told me what to do.
Cut up paper
Soak in water
Blend
Drain
Dry
So that's what we did!
After this point Sam exclaimed "This is boring I am going downstairs" and left me to finish
Turned out pretty cool!
We also went to Joann's - they had a free make and take craft but once Sam saw what it was he lost interest - instead he decided he wanted to buy a new craft.
He has been begging me to buy him a rubber band kit for ages - they didn't have the kits but they had the bands so I agreed to let him get some.
We then went home and I made 10 bracelets. His favorite one?
The MD one =)
Today he went to school to take "orders" from his friends.
