Sam's first trip to the circus!
Yes, it's Hannah's first trip too BUT not really since she is so little - haha
Our neighbor gave us some tickets to the LuLu Shriners circus so we took Sam and Hannah and Zac and Amanda joined us too!
Sam loved the lions!!!
and the pigs!
but mostly he was bored and walked around the bleachers most of the time..eheh!
and the elephants - especially when they pooped - hahahah
Then he zonked out about 5 minutes into the ride home =)

Stressful!
That pretty much sums up my first day back to work!
I woke up and managed to get a shower – that was a good start – but when I tried to nurse Hannah before I left for work she just “played” – I could not get her to fully nurse – I was freaking out and it was getting late and I needed to leave. Finally I gave up and went in the kitchen to pump. I pumped about 4 oz and then turned around and spilled it all – OMG! I was almost in tears! I went to the freezer to grab the ice pack for my breast milk and it was gone…. WHAT??? Apparently Mark took it in his lunch box – Ok, the day is getting worse by the minute!
Time to leave and Sam wants his Grandma to take him to school…. Sorry buddy! I have to bribe him to get him in the car. WE get to school and he wants to throw his gum, no wait he wants to put it in the road, no wait he wants to put it in the mulch – then he steps on it…grrrrr!
I get him settled in his classroom and head to work, where I proceed to break a nail.
Really???
Finally I get some good news: Hannah took the bottle!!!! Thank goodness!!!
And then the day gets better when my mom sends me this cute pic
Hopefully day 2 will be much smoother!

Playdate!
Sam's old teacher Miss Linda, from the Lamb room and her daughter Maja came for a playdate! They got to meet Hannah for the first time and Maja and Sam played in the play room and outside. What a great time we had!

Mystery Reader
I had signed up in Sam's room to be a mystery reader but since my mom was in town I thought it would be fun for her to go - she read 2 books and the kids loved it!

Happy Mothers Day!
Sam brought me a gift this morning....but then he decided it was HIS gift and he would open it...
It was a beautiful Chamilia bracelet with Sam and Hannahs birthstone and a mothers heart in the middle - awww!
He also got me a car....a really fast car.....a black racing car!!!
We had special pancakes then daddy and Sam made a special stone for my garden
Trying to get pics with the kids but Sam was not amused!
We had a great lunch at Bertuccis and then headed home!

Queen for the day!
I headed to Sam's school today where they celebrated Mother's Day by declaring all moms Queen for the Day!
personally I think I should be treated like a queen EVERY DAY... but thats another post...
